Eli Barrett

Growing up on a farm in Denver, Iowa, I learned early the value of hard work, discipline, and community. Those lessons carried with me through my time playing football at Wartburg College and continue to shape who I am today as I’ve transitioned into life in Des Moines.
No matter where I’ve been, I’ve always felt a strong connection to—and passion for—supporting small-town communities. Together, we focus on bringing Nutriplant products for farming and added value to communities across the Midwest, helping farmers and families strengthen their operations and way of life.
Noah Fedeler

Raised on a beef cow-calf operation in northeast Iowa, I learned the value of hard work early—spending summers stacking hay and playing sports. After high school, I served in the U.S. Army as an 11B Infantryman on the East Coast before returning home to work for a local co-op.
Today, I run my own ag sales business based in Arlington, Iowa, serving northeast Iowa and eastern Nebraska. My goal is simple: help farmers lower costs and increase yields with practical, results-driven solutions.
Joe Hagedon

Joe was raised in southeast Iowa, where agriculture is a way of life. Growing up in a farming community gave him a deep respect for the people who feed the world. While he didn’t farm himself, Joe now supports producers by connecting them with high-quality products that help improve yields and profitability.
He and his wife, McKenna, are based in North Liberty, allowing them to serve farmers across Iowa and the Midwest.
Garrett Underwood

Garrett was born in illinois and raised in Jewell, Iowa. He grew up with a background in mathematics and engineering, but fell into ag after some college and never looked back. After a foray into aquaculture for 4 year, Garrett began work in the farming aspect of ag and has been working alongside farmers for over 5 years, and is always looking for ways to improve farming in the community. Garrett is married and raising a family as well as serving on his church board outside of ValorAg.

Joseph grew up in the rural outskirts of the Des Moines metro and spent most of his life surrounded by farmers. This has given him a firm understanding on the farming culture and the motives and needs of farming families. Being a family man and business man himself, In alignment with Valor Ag’s values, Joseph is driven to do his utmost to help those families fulfill their needs and desires.
